Z Mesh is able to produce a wide range of mesh panels suitable for many applications.

Standard Mesh: Z Mesh is now manufacturing a variety of popular mesh panels, including 3m high 8mm twin wire panels with a 50x200mm mesh pattern and 358 (prison mesh) panels.

Bespoke Mesh: Available using wires from 2.5mm to 8mm. The mesh pattern can be specified by the customer and panels can me produced up to 3000x6000mm

Mesh Patterns: We are able to manufacture mesh panels with mesh sizes of 12mmx50mm and upwards.

Wire Types: We use pre-galvaniesd wire compliant with BS EN10244-2:2001

Coatings: The mesh can be Polyester Powder Coated to BS 6497 in a wide variety of colours. We can now supply our Clear Cote™ system which gives a clear coating, giving the protection of powder coating and enhances the galvanised appearance by giving it a shiny finish.

Variable Mesh: The use of a computer controlled system means that the frequency of wires can be varied along the length and height of a mesh panel. A variable mesh pattern is common in applications such as sports fencing, in which the lower half of the fence is subjected to greater impact and so additional wires may be added.

Cranks: Z Mesh can also supply panels that are angled along the length of the panel, for example for a cranked top in a fencing panel, and multiple V-beam pressings can be achieved in a single panel. Pressings can be inserted for aesthetic reasons or in order to increase the rigidity of a panel.
